The internet's favourite felines have a new challenger to the title of cutest cat。網上最受寵愛的喵星人們現(xiàn)在又多了一個爭奪“最萌寵物”桂冠的競爭對手。

Snoopy, an exotic short-hair cat, is already a huge hit in his native China and this year has taken the rest of the world by storm。一只來自中國的短毛貓Snoopy，已經在它的家鄉(xiāng)引起了轟動，現(xiàn)在這股轟動的浪潮已經席卷全世界了。

He already has more than 275,000 followers on Weibo - China's version of Twitter - and a further 190,000 on Instagram。在中國版推特——微博上，它已經有了超過27.5萬的粉絲;在世界范圍內，它在圖片分享網站Instagram上還有19萬的粉絲。

The growth in Snoopy's popularity will be seen as a threat to established feline internet stars Maru and Grumpy Cat Tardar Sauce.Snoopy 飆升的人氣可能會對已經公認的網上喵明星——貓叔和不爽貓塔達醬等構成威脅。

Japanese cat Maru has previously been hailed the internet's most famous feline and videos of her antics have been viewed millions of times。來自日本的貓叔一度被稱為網上最有名的喵星人，它滑稽的視頻已經獲得了數(shù)百萬的收視率。

Grumpy Cat is so popular she was chosen as 'spokescat' for a Friskies brand of cat food, it was announced this month。不爽貓也相當有名氣，知名貓糧品牌“喜悅”已經于本月公布將不爽貓選為品牌“代言貓”。

However, Snoopybabe's fan base is growing rapidly. The adorable short-hair, based in Chengdu, Sichuan Province, is famous for his short snout, flat face and enormous brown eyes。不過Snoopy的粉絲大本營也正在不斷擴大規(guī)模。這只來自四川成都的可愛貓咪，以其短小的口鼻、平臉和巨大的棕色眼睛而著名。

Snoopybabe's owner Miss Ning said the cat's best asset is his 'pie face'.Snoopybabe的主人寧小姐說，它身上最好看的部分就是它的“大餅臉”。
